Products and Applications

The products of hot-rolled strip include carbon steel and high strength low alloy steel(HSLA steel) with thickness between 1.2mm to 12.7mm. The major characteristics and use of hot-rolled strip are introduced in following description.

REROLLING USE:

The products provide downstream customers for cold rolling 
and surface-treated(for example, galvanizing, plating...,etc.)

MILD STEEL FOR FORMING USE:

The products are widely used in production of vessels, hardwares, tools, 
automobile assemblies and agricultural machine assemblies.  This kind of 
products classified into commercial quality(CQ), drawing quality(DQ) and 
deep drawing quality(DDQ).

STRUCTURAL USE:

The strength guarantee is the character of structural steel. It provides 
customers for cutting, working, welding to assemble various structures. 
For examples, buildings, ship and automobile structure, bridging, frame 
assemblies, container, oil tanks...etc. This kinds of products are 
classified into general structure, welded structure, automobile structure, 
machine structure and atmospheric corrosion resistant structure...etc.

PIPING OR TUBING USE:

This kind of products provides customers for slitting and piping or tube.
The end products include erw pipe, spiral pipe and other various pipe.
